[That is no problem. We can connect and walk you through how to change the adjustments for future postings. We can also take a look at what you have set up and suggest changes that may benefit your posting. This is included in your free product support.]

[You may know the doctor who cared for you in the hospital by his first name that isn’t listed on your bill. Let me look up your account and I’ll get that sorted out for you.]
